CollegeRecruiter.com has integrated LinkedIn features to its job site aimed at college students and recent grads. Thus it joins a host of job boards for workers further along in their careers that now allow job-seekers to use the popular social network for professionals to find out whom they know at companies they’re considering as employers. The idea is that insiders at a company, tapped via LinkedIn, can offer referrals and recommendations that will help the job-seeker land the job.
