The exclusive partnership is surely a competitive advantage for Simsari.com, as the official technology provider to RERA. It will offer RERA major online services currently being done offline now.
The joint venture will begin with an online auction platform for private land and real estate auctions online, using Simsari.com’s ‘Bid Now’ system. Sellers can set a reserve price, and validated, registered users can bid on a property. As part of the joint venture, Simsari.com will also provide RERA with the technological infrastructure designed to facilitate the standardization of all legal documents for online transactions, all available through the RERA community portal.
