Three French companies, e-Consulting RH, Opensoursing and CV du Net, have created a non-profit association to promote the type of services they can bring to recruiters.
The three companies offer a range of services to recruiters – from posting jobs ads to selecting CVs and interviewing candidates to finding candidates for hard-to-fill positions.
The association, called GP2S (Groupement des professionnels de la présélection et du sourcing), will publish barometers, realize market studies, organize the election of the “e-recruiter of the year,” and publish rules for the activity of its members.
The aim is to increase recruiters’ awareness GP2S’s online HR outsourcing.
