Apartments.com has introduced walk-through video to its Web site. The Chicago-based company said that the video “brings floor plans and features to life by taking renters on a tour inside of apartments and community common areas to deliver a multimedia experience that renters demand.”

Company research showed that 81 percent of survey respondents wanted to see a walk-through video on the site, and that the majority wanted straight facts about real apartments rather than “commentary that sounds like a sales pitch or infomercial.”
