A year after launching an initiative to integrate its digital tools and vehicle data directly into dealer systems, Germany-based auto marketplace AutoScout24 has announced that it is ramping up its collaboration with automotive data service providers in the country.

According to the company, “the ten largest data service providers have fully integrated AutoScout24 vehicle statistics data into their systems”. Six of these also support the company’s AI-driven HändlerIQ functions, which offer data-driven recommendations on pricing and listing quality.

“Data service providers are the digital backbone of the vehicle trade and indispensable partners for us. Since dealers often make their sales decisions in vehicle management and data service provider systems, we bring our data and functions directly there. By opening up our systems, we create real added value,” explained head of sales Stefan Schneck.

The core features that will gradually be rolled out through participating providers include real-time performance data such as ad views, leads, and vehicle days on site; the HändlerIQ package of AI tools for price evaluation and competitive analysis; and visibility tool SelectBoost.

“These features enable retailers to define market-based prices, make informed decisions about their inventory and optimize their listings, all clearly bundled in one place,” the company stated.

AutoScout24 has more than two million listed vehicles, and the company says that it works with more than 45,000 dealers in 19 countries.
