Dubai-based autotech company Seez has launched Seezar, its AI chatbot, in three new markets: Denmark, Italy and Canada.

The proprietary AI-powered virtual assistant, which was launched in April 2024, provides car buyers with information on loan and insurance rates, as well as reviews of car models. Its recommendations take into consideration the availability of stock at dealerships.

At the time of launch, Seez CEO and co-founder Tarek Kabrik commented: “With Seezar, you get information that is customized and personal, making it an efficient experience. Seezar will not replace salespeople, but it will free up more of their time.”

The chatbot also includes an analytics tab for dealers. “You can see all the conversations happening and you can have a more aggregate view of what topics your customers are talking about, their satisfaction levels, and they can give a thumbs up or thumbs down,” according to co-founder and CPO Andrew Kabrit.

Founded in 2016, Seez was acquired by U.K.-based Pinewood Technologies for $46.2 million in February this year.
