South Korea-based general marketplace Daangn has introduced a feature that allows sellers to target listings at two locations simultaneously.
Daangn, a hyperlocal marketplace, added this function for sellers who want more than one target market for their used goods listings.
Previously, sellers needed to change the neighborhood settings and rewrite the ad post to target another location — they can now do so by clicking a button.
“With the introduction of this two-neighborhood writing feature, sellers will be able to reduce the time and effort required to write posts. It is also expected that sales will increase, as potential buyers in two regions will be exposed to [the same] item simultaneously. This feature is optional, so if you want to post items in only one region, you can disable it,” Daangn said in a news release.
Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Seoul, Daangn introduced radius targeting for merchants and real estate brokerages last year.
The company also operates in the U.K., Japan and Canada. In 2023, it recorded its first-ever year of profitability.
