The leading Russia-based automotive vertical Auto.ru, owned by Yandex, has introduced a tool for buyers of new cars to find offers of subsidized car loans from manufacturers, the company said in a press release.

Official distributors of new cars keep launching new credit programs, discounted to levels well below the average market rate of 23% per annum; some of them as low as 0.01% p.a.

“The current situation on the financial market makes people feel that loans are unaffordable and, as a result, dampens their readiness to buy cars,” said Vadim Kokhtev, product manager for new cars at Auto.ru. “In response to this, many manufacturers offer special terms of purchase. We help users see the real picture and make an informed decision about  buying,” said Vadim Kokhtev, product manager for new cars at Avto.ru.

The tool is available in the new cars section on Auto.ru for the most popular brands: Lada, Geely, Haval, Chery and others. The user needs to go to the model card and click on the green sticker “credit programs” to see the list of offers and terms.
